Where to get help

Need help? Just ask! See the options below for ways to get help from the Library.

Librarians are available for help in finding resources, selecting reliable sources of information, and assisting with organizing and formatting your citations.

Virtual Research Help: Contact us through reference@drew.edu to set up an appointment for one-on-one help via ZOOM or go to the WConline link to make an appointment with a Librarian. Still got questions? Email us

Library FAQ's: Go to the link provided to find a list of the most common Library questions & their answers. 

Online CHAT: Contact the Library using the CHAT box available on any Library webpage and in Moodle. CHAT hours vary during the semester.

Make an appointment to get help from a Librarian via Zoom. Send an email to reference@drew.edu to schedule.

 

OR go to WConline, select "...Research Help," and find a convenient time to meet with a librarian over Zoom.

When available, use the chat message box in this LibGuide or on any page in the Library website--it's even in Moodle. If CHAT is not available, check the Library FAQ's and/or email reference@drew.edu.
