Where do I register?

Do I have to be on campus to activate my pass?

No, you can activate a pass from on or off campus.

Do I use my Drew email address?

Yes, use your Drew email address to create an account.

What if I don't see my activation email in my inbox?

Check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, go to the customer center and contact WSJ

How long does my academic pass last?

Once you have activated your academic pass, it should allow you full access for 52 weeks (364 days) with no further action on your part. After that, WSJ will contact you to renew your pass if eligible.  Students will retain access for 3 months after graduation. WSJ will contact you with offers for alumni to continue your subscription. 

I already have a Wall Street Journal subscription ? What do I do?

At the initial registration page, look for: Already have an account? Log in here. You cannot get a refund for an existing paid account, but you can cancel your account and not pay beyond any time period already paid for.

If you still cannot register, call 1-800-journal and request cancellation of your personal account. 

What content can I access?

You can access content going back 4 years,  on a rolling basis.

How do I search for an article? 

Use the search box at the top right of the home page 

Then search for articles, topics , companies or videos 

 

How do I get to the archives?

There is an archive link at the very bottom of the home page 

You can search for a specific date within the past 4 years.

Use the calendar to find the date 

 

Can I access the magazine? 

  • Yes, the magazine can be accessed through the WSJ Magazine Link on the home page

What else does the WSJ membership include?

Members can can also access curated newsletters, podcasts, and exclusive events and offers through WSJ+ as well as WSJ videos
