Drew Library has a unique and somewhat complicated subscription agreement with the American Chemical Society (ACS) for their journal content.

• Current content from the ACS journals listed in the table below is fully accessible to Drew University students and faculty during the 2024-25 academic year.
• Current Drew community members may also access ACS's Legacy Archives, which includes all ACS journal content published up to and including 1995 (except the Journal of Chemical Education).
• Content from any ACS journal published between 2009 and 2013 is available to Drew users, due to the nature of the Library's ACS subscription during those years.

Downloading any content from an ACS Journal not covered by any of the Library's subscriptions as described above will trigger (seamless) use of pre-purchased ACS tokens (when available) to access this unsubscribed content. Each token is worth about $35. When tokens have been depleted, some ACS content will have to be requested through interlibrary loan.
