Types of Searches
You'll often use two different types of searches:
- Looking for a specific book, where you know the title and/or author (known item searching)
- Looking for books on a topic, when you have a subject (subject searching)
Find Books at Drew
To find a book at Drew, when you know the title and/or author, go to the Drew Catalog and use Advanced Search:
Select authors or titles and enter the information:
Click on the title you want for full information about where it is.
Starting with keyword searching, enter your terms:
Then, click on the relevant titles to see how the book is being described:
You can then use the additional term "Social aspects" in your search, and retrieve additional items.
